Workshop “The basic exercises – simple and well thought out” coaches Liis Arula and  Martin Luhari

Workshop “The basic exercises – simple and well thought out” is an opportunity for all participants under the guidance of personal trainers Liis Arula and Martin Luhari to learn the majority of basic exercises such as support positions, push-ups, deadlift and squats.
In addition, we will talk about the importance of correct posture in a workout and try everything out together in practice.

The workshop takes place on October 13 and begins at 18.00 (in Orchid Hall)
