If you feel that your body is a little stiff and want to stretch youself or to reduce tension in the body, then streching is just for you. In “The basics of stretching” workshop we talk about when it is reasonable to stretch, how often, and how much, which tools can be used (we will use some of them also at the workshop), and what are the different stretching methods.
The best way to see close up and try it on yourselves is to come to the workshop! 😉
The workshop takes place on October 21 and begins at 18.30 (in Lily Hall)
Please come to the workshop in comfortable sports clothes.
