MatiPilateses sooritatakse harjutusi matil. PilatesReformer ja PilatesTower on J.H. Pilatese poolt leiutatud ja t\u00e4nap\u00e4evaselt t\u00e4iustatud treeningvahendid, milles kasutatakse vedrudel p\u00f5hinevat s\u00fcsteemi \u0096 vedrusid pingutatakse v\u00f5i t\u00f6\u00f6tatakse vastu vedrude kokkut\u00f5mbej\u00f5ule. Kohtumised toimuvad kolmel j\u00e4rjestikusel p\u00e4eval:<\/p>\n<p>1. kohtumine \u0096 isikuankeedi t\u00e4itmine, eesm\u00e4rkide seadmine, r\u00fchianal\u00fc\u00fcs, Pilatese p\u00f5him\u00f5tete tutvustamine;<\/p>\n<p>2. kohtumine \u0096 Pilatese p\u00f5hiharjutuste sooritamine, p\u00f5him\u00f5istete ja harjutuste nimetuste \u00f5ppimimine;<\/p>\n<p>3. kohtumine \u0096 Pilatese p\u00f5hiharjutuste sooritamine.<\/p>\n<p>START paketi maksumus on 60 eurot. START paketi l\u00e4bimine annab vastuse k\u00fcsimusele, kas Sulle Pilates meeldib ja sobib.<\/p>\n<p><strong>INTENS5 pakett<\/strong>\u00a0\u0096 sisaldab 5 treeningkohtumist sagedusega 1x n\u00e4dalas. \u00dche treeningkohtumise kestvus on 45-50 minutit, sooritatakse Pilatese s\u00fcsteemil p\u00f5hinevaid harjutusi matil\/Reformeil\/Toweril v\u00f5i v\u00e4ikevahendeid kasutades. Eelnevalt peab olema l\u00e4bitud START paketi kohtumised. INTENS5 paketi maksumus on 150 eurot.<\/p>\n<p><strong>INTENS10 pakett<\/strong>\u00a0\u0096 sisaldab 10 treeningkohtumist sagedusega 2 v\u00f5i enam korda n\u00e4dalas. \u00dche treeningkohtumise kestvus on 45-50 minutit, sooritatakse Pilatese s\u00fcsteemil p\u00f5hinevaid harjutusi matil\/Reformeil\/Toweril v\u00f5i v\u00e4ikevahendeid kasutades. Eelnevalt peab olema l\u00e4bitud START paketi kohtumised. INTENS10 paketi maksumus on 250 eurot.<\/p>\n<p>Treeningusse on soovitatav tulla mugavas sportlikus riietuses, mis oleks v\u00f5imalikult liibuv. Siis treener n\u00e4eb paremini treenitava kehaasendit ja saab vajadusel korrigeerida.
