US Tennis Academy\u2019s adult tennis school was founded in 2014. We offer tennis lessons for both beginners and intermediates. Practices take place at Tondi Tennis Center and Audentes Tennis Hall. All of our coaches have the professional coach certificate from the Estonian Tennis Association(ETL).<\/p>\n
The size of adult training groups is up to 8 people and lessons take place on two courts under one coach. The duration of one lesson is one and a half hours and they take place on workday evenings. The focus of intermediate group lessons is on the development of tactical skills and players will get the chance to immediately put them to test on the court as well. In regards to beginners, we will first introduce the basics and start practicing with slower balls. This guarantees that learning is easier and faster to make sure that trainees can start playing tennis already in the first lesson.<\/p>\n
US Tennis Academy\u2019s adult tennis school is quite young and therefore is constantly developing. We also like to focus on the social aspect of tennis. That is why we organize interesting competitions and tennis camps to make sure that everyone has the chance to demonstrate and realize their new skills.<\/p>\n
