The building also houses Golden Club fitness club and the same-name tennis, badminton and squash clubs for adult enthusiasts, US Tennis Academy and a number of sports and health services.<\/p>\n<p>The centre has been operating since November 2008, when the first 4 green-set courts (today courts No 4-7) were opened. US Tennis Academy has been operating in the centre since the beginning of 2009 and Golden Club fitness club opened its doors in spring 2013.<\/p>\n<p>The centre is suitable for visiting for all those who appreciate high quality and a pleasant atmosphere. FORUS Sports Centre Tondi (before Tondi Tennis Centre) offers great opportunities for both professional athletes as well as fitness enthusiasts for engaging in sports, and for pleasurable leisure time.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>TENNIS, BADMINTON, SQUASH<\/h3>\n<p>FORUS Sports Centre Tondi (before Tondi Tennis Centre) has 23 well-lit tennis courts meeting high-level competition standards: 7 clay and sand outdoors courts, 7 green-set indoor courts and 4 indoor courts with carpeting. FORUS Sports Centre Tondi also manages the <a href=\"https:\/\/vanagc.goldenclub.ee\/en\/tondi\/tennis\/audentes\/\">Audentes Tennis Hall<\/a> that has 5 green-set indoor courts.<\/p>\n<p>A Children\u2019s Hall was opened in February 2014, which has 5 mini tennis courts for the smallest toddlers and a cosy practice hall V\u00f5ilill (Dandelion) also for small tennis lovers. In the same hall, there are <a href=\"https:\/\/vanagc.goldenclub.ee\/en\/tondi\/sulgpall\/sulgpallihall\/\">6 badminton practice courts<\/a> with Taraflex covers.<\/p>\n<p>At the beginning of August 2016, FORUS Sports Centre Tondi Centre opened <a href=\"https:\/\/vanagc.goldenclub.ee\/en\/tondi\/squash\/squashi-valjakud\/\">four high-quality squash courts<\/a> meeting international tournament requirements.<\/p>\n<p>The US Tennis Academy is dedicated to providing children and young people with basic tennis and badminton training, and training athletes. At the Academy, adults can also acquire tennis skills.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>FITNESS<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/vanagc.goldenclub.ee\/en\/tondi\/fitness\/jousaal\/\">Golden Club fitness club<\/a> offers a spacious and bright gym with the best equipment, a Synrgy\/TRX hall and 4 group training halls with a wide selection of practices every day. Our trainers are professionals in their field and assist clients both in the gym and during group training.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>ADDITIONAL SERVICES<\/h3>\n<p>The Centre pays special attention to designing an enjoyable environment that can be felt in sports as well as relaxation after physical effort. Additional services are provided by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sivaya.ee\/\">\u0160ivaya<\/a> Massage Salon, <a href=\"http:\/\/tervisestuudio.ee\">Sinu Arst Health Studio<\/a>, sports medicine centre <a href=\"http:\/\/innomedica.ee\/en\/homepage\/\">Innomedica<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.trennielamus.com\/pilates-tallinnas\/\">Pilates Room<\/a>.
